Terms and Conditions
1. IF YOU CANCEL YOUR HOLIDAY
If you or any member of your party wishes to cancel the holiday, you must notify us in writing only. In any case, the date of cancellation will be at the date on which notice is received by us. The person who signed the confirmation form must also sign the letter of cancellation. As this incurs administrative costs and we may not be able to resell your booking, cancellation charges will apply on the following scale;

|15-30 working days||20% of total holiday cost||Full Amount Received|
|14-03 working days||50% of total holiday cost||Full Amount Received|
|Less than 03days/now show||100% of total holiday cost||Full Amount Received plus 10% of the amount|
In all cases the above cancellation fees, will be applicable in USD.
2. IF YOU CHANGE YOUR BOOKING
If, after your confirmation, invoice has been issued and you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way, for example your chosen departure date, names of passengers or accommodation, we will do our utmost to make these changes, but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes to be made must be in writing from the person who made the booking. You may also be ask to pay an administration charge of per person per change and any further costs we incur in making this alteration. You should be aware that these costs could increase the closer to the arrival date that changes are made and you should contact us as soon as possible.
3. Using Debit Card
It is not possible, you can do bank wire, western union or cash.
